Salaam, This recitation is already available<http://zekr.org/resources.html#offline_recit> as offline packages. You can use Zekr 1.1.0 to listen first to Quran recitation and then to its translation recitation. The only thing we do not have yet is page recitation. Multi-recitations works as aya-by-aya basis.
