Hi Allen,

I forgot to address another question of your about Chi Development.  The 
traditional martial arts of Chi-Gong requires the Chi input from a master.  
Because it is external Chi, unless it is supervise by a master, it is not safe 
to practice by oneself.

The Chi cultivated through Sitting Meditation is an internal Chi of oneself.  
It is save to practice.  I have not heard of any incident from the over 60,000 
practitioners in our school.
