Warning to Indian Organizations/Ashrams/Philanthropists about Russia
THIS GUY NIKOLAI TSVETKOV IS A BIG CHEATER FRAUD CRIMINAL. He is
owner of Uralsib financial corporation was listed once as billonaire
but right now is running in debts. He is also a friend and mentor to a guy
named Bill Smart who is reportedly connected to major underworld figures in
Thailand's Mushu Kumbate martial arts fighting rings. These martial arts
fighting clubs are supported by gamblers and people often fight to the death.
Bill Smart is notorious among them. His best buddy is Nikita Checkov, another
Russian mobster.
He has floated many charitable foundations (without any corpus
amount) either to bribe government or STEAL METHODOLOGIES /
TECHNIQUES from other foundation pretending spiritual causes. Like
spiritual foundation, orhpans etc. ALL THESE FOUNDATIONS ARE FRAUD!
They are with minimum possible servicing a fraud

methodologies, techniques or put copyright on them so Indians
themselves have to pay to him for using their own knowledge
