Don't let your frustration and anger issues get the best of you. Now
that we know the nature of your problem (i.e. how to raise and ox
thread) there are many medicines and treatments these days that can
help you. I'm sure that with the correct treatment you will again be
able to "release" your frustrations and you will be back to a much
better place. Embrace your frustration as a deep-routed seed that
has flowered into the bitterness of your situation. When you can get
in touch with your core, your sub-concious being, you can find the
source of your problems, and most likey, more often than not, the
problem will be YOU! Your frustrations are often-times a product of
your attatchment to situations in which you have no control. Your
knowledge of the 12steps has in the past been demonstrated. If you
believe in them, they can be a big help to your mental state. And as
far as the physical, a little Viagra or Cialis will help, I'm sure.
Just call your doctor if you're sporting wood for longer that 4hrs.
This may cause permanent damage!

Good Luck and Merry Christmas!
