Paying attention to what is in front of you will affect how you treat
people.  If you were brought up sexist and are trying to raise
children, keep a house, or take ace of others, then proably i would
bet paying attention will shift your ideas about gender and power.

They say experiencing kensho-satori enables one to oay attention right now.
