  Hi Dave. IMO, moods are just like weather fronts. You are not a mood. Also, 
imo, it is a mistake to think that you are going to be struck by lightning and 
suddenly become a Perfectly Serene, All-Knowing One. Dave, LSD won't make you 
enlightened. It will just cause new states of mind. Enlightenment, which in my 
opinion is on the relative plane on-going and never-ending, is not about just 
tripping on new states of mind. Nor is it, imo, about always being in a good 
mood. Please be patient. Simply, moment by moment, try to be aware of your own 
mind-stream, and whenever hateful, greedy or deluded thinking arises, don't 
allow yourself to be sucked-in by it. Counter hate with love, greed with 
giving, delusion with clear-seeing. And trust that it will go as it needs to. 
As Dogen Zenji commented, "This traceless enlightenment goes on forever." May 
you, and all sentient beings, be happy!
