Hi Steve, In the book he refers a lot to a movie called, What the bleep do we (k)now. The movie is about quantum physics and talks about how are beliefs make our reality, and how they it fits in to spiritual teachings of today. I found it very interesting. In the movie it show a part where they are talking about a Zen Buddhist monk who by blessing water, and writing positive or negative messages on a bottle of water, the water change its whole make up, pretty amazing stuff.
