It seems to be. No, I never figured it out. The same thing happened to me in another group, a couple of times, but I never figured out why, or what actually 'fixed' it. This time, as before, I switched my delivery address to another address I own, and that seemed to work. In a couple of weeks, I'll switch back, and, if the past is any guide, everything will work fine, with the old address, again.
