Mel,
I humbly request that you not include my name in the subject line of a post. Thanks, ED --- In [email protected], Mel <gunnar19632000@...> wrote: > > Damn, I tried but I just couldn't keep away. Hey there Mayka(*smiles*). ED, this is one of those things about Zen...people/objects/otherwise annoying you(deliberately, or otherwise) are like tennis balls coming at you with accompanied noises. Dualistically-speaking, you gotta keep a cool head and clear eyes, and concentrate. That is achieved through zazen, and the resultant practise afterwards. However, the problem with explaining such dualistic concept to someone outside of the Zen commnunity is that...they might hold onto such words with a pit bull-terrier's grip and think that's it, instead of actually looking at what the teachings say overall >  > in peace > Mel ------------------------------------ Current Book Discussion: any Zen book that you recently have read or are reading!
