Mayka, Don't you find that exclusive mind-set to be a little bit limiting? Wouldn't it be more 'big-hearted' to try to communicate with non-practioners than just dismiss the job as "too tiring"? In other words, do they have the problem, or you?...

However, there is true on it and that is: it's a wasting of time to get into discussion with people who are not practicioners, have not any direct experience with any of the tools given in the traditions mentioned.
