For me the ultimate dentist would be one who:
- doesn't make you sit in his waiting room for an hour reading 6-month old 
magazines
- in painless
- takes your insurance, fills out all the forms for you and doesn't make you 
pay any additional
- uses nitrous oxide

I guess that about does it...Bill!
