Thus such a statement of emptiness being "subject to" emptiness is 
redundant and useless.

  The "laws" you speak of, being nothing but added forms, are not subect 
to anything, but rather are subjects of some fantasy maintained by a 
conceptual entity called "self".

Your expressed position of distinguishing this, assuming some separation 
and valuing various aspects while devaluing others, creates the belief

I understand what you are alluding to here, our being limited to our 
senses, but to extend that and create a belief in ideas of  "in" or 
"out" of mind -  or of real vs unreal  - only sustains the illusion.

Structure, source, correspondence... all is Mind (in Zen traditional 
teaching lingo anyway). There are countess ways to express "The Grand 
Obviousness" - aka 'Suchness'. None capture this, none escape this.
