I have/had some incredible 'kundalini' experiences, following a
profound/overwhelming 'heart chakra' opening - none of which I had any
clue about before - and still don't feel need to believe in! Same goes
for working with chi/ching/shen. *L*

In and of themselves, I don't feel much need to speak of this stuff -
sometimes do, sometimes don't. Others have their own experiences - but
it can be interesting to share sometimes.

Something intereting in your earlier sharing - that question of mental
illness. I have had thoughts along those lines - also seeing some
parallels with stroke/seizure/other less common CNS activity to many
awakening accounts. Not popular lines of thought, but I leave the matter
open... Something 'shifted' or 'popped' is a not uncommon way I've seen
this expressed. I'm not too concerned with the how and why, but I was
never consciously 'seeking' either, so can attribute nothing to my
actions. Just curious to a fault, and so the cat died...
