joe..what do you know about the third eye when your eyes glint with the sight
of gold...tut tut ..merle

Bill,

An honest man, saying "I don't know".

I often give homage to stones and stars and clouds.

Whether they are sentient or not, I don't know, either, Bill.

In our sesshin-ending ceremonies, we'd give homage to Stones and Clouds, and
dedicate ourselves "...to the Enlightenment of Bushes and Grasses!"

It has to be so.

But those buggers are not sentient. How do I know? Because I
contemplate them with the third eye and get not a twiddle from them.

Case closed.

Yet, as nicely open as before.

They are worth our notice, but they are not sentient.

Sentience is not the only quality worth our valuing; agreed?

Someday, we'll be non-sentient, and will be glad (will we?) if anybody values
us. Nah, probably too late, then. ;-)

Meanwhile, Bill, I value you; just to let you know, man.
