Yes, forms = mind.
But Buddha Mind is NOT the antithesis of discrimination, it is realizing Buddha Nature IN discrimination, IN the world of forms. It is NOT denying or ignoring the world of forms. That is impossible so long as we are in human form. After that we are dead and it doesn't matter....

Nirvana = death. Only then does the world of forms cease and mind cease...

This is true for everyone since there is no reincarnation....
