Edgar, The US has already run out of money. What they are paying off is borrowed from China. You can watch daily what is happening now. Furthermore, Mitt Romney is going to make $5 trillion tax cuts, and Ben Bernanke has to follow up with printing $10 trillion US$, supported by further borrowing from China, despite what Romney says how he hates and will kill China.
