Siska, Thanks! I was surprised that this formula was incorrect.
I myself took it to mean the square root of factorial 9 which yields a large number, and then of course minus 1. It was a problem of the sequence of applying the operators. I think you're right, the ! should be outside of the square root sign, not under it.
