You said your dog was a 'zen master' and then gave a lot of examples of his 
behavior to support that.  I don't disagree with you on this.

What I am asking you is how much of your dog's intellectual capacity (the 
ability to understand) has to do with the qualities that endear him to you so 
much that you characterize him as a 'zen master'.
