dear friends in zen .is this happening to you what john has written below? . i do not have an automatic signature i have a mac... can any one explain? merle Before I forget – you probably don’t realize – there’s something in your email setup that inserts one or more hidden characters in the background – maybe you have an automatic signature that includes those hidden characters. The result is for every single one of your emails (and only your emails) over the last couple of weeks, when I try to reply the body of your email goes invisible. To fix it, and so I can see what I’m replying to, I have to completely delete the invisible email body, then switch windows, select the email body from the original email but not including the first blank line (there’s always a first line that’s blank in your recent emails), copy the email body, then paste it back into the reply. I think the invisible characters are in that first blank line. So, for each and every reply I send you, it takes 2 or more minutes extra. With something like 20 or more emails a day lately, you can work out roughly how long I have to spend just stuffing around to be able to reply. Please fix it if you can. Love John
