Suresh,

I'd say that the more important thing is that you are able to practice,
yourself. This way, you will see the benefits of practice, and in fact
discover, for yourself, in your own life AS IT IS NOW, if there are any
benefits.

If you begin to see benefits for yourself, then you may try to dedicate a time
in the day when you can even more securely practice.

The practice will restore you and relax you, and you will find yourself
becoming more "resilient": more tough and more Kind.

When you begin to discover benefits, you may be sure that OTHERS will also
receive benefits, through your own warmth and compassionate, kind attention.
Please trust me about this!

You might therefore view Zen practice as a way to give fuller and further
attention to your children, and you might THANK them for this, for their
influence. By their perhaps "pushing" you toward a practice to help yourself
to settle and to restore yourself, you will find that you are also helping the
children, and helping every other person in your life. Even US!, on the other
end of this computer connection.

Then, some time during your practice, please tell us here how Buddha Nature
works, in your own life, that is.

Wishing you and your family every blessing,

--Joe / Arizona
