No art there yet, as before, but all the rest of Subhana's site is chock-a-block with info. Her contact info is there. Dharma talks on audio files are there. One of her paintings is at the head of the page, the Red Tara goddess with the Sword of Wisdom. I like seeing the photos of the zendo building, and practitioners on the porch area, and waiting in the dokusan line outside with the Jisha, and the photo of Subhana herself in her dokusan room. I know all or most of the teachers in her line, but not yet her. My late teacher Patrick Hawk Roshi was her friend, and Subhana visited Tucson a number of times. I regret I missed both opportunities to meet her. She is a teacher in the Diamond Sangha lineage of the late Robert Aitken Roshi of Hawai'i. She may know me as one of Pat Hawk's students (perhaps my infamy has spread even to her ears, I do not know). Subhana probably knows my good friend Emma Stone, from Melbourne, who was also a student of Pat Hawk with me and practiced with us in Tucson at the Zendo here where I was active for 25 years, and was President for a while, and spent many years on the Board, and did many, many sesshin, with hundreds of people over 3 decades, here. A strong sangha! Subhana will know it: "Zen Desert Sangha". Pat Hawk was our teacher. Our first teacher in earliest days was Maezumi Roshi, for two years in the early 1980s. "Talk about"? You decide. It's like Zen practice: just BEGIN, and continue. Listen, too, of course. ;-) In the old days, people did not need something to talk about. They'd have tea together. Maybe they'd talk, maybe they wouldn't. If I were you, I'd mention Art, and maybe tell her about your website. Email is good, too, as we know.
