Joe,

I don't know the book off hand, but I'm looking into it. Many famous western 
Buddhist/meditation teachers have been taught by Goenkaji (Jack Kornfield, 
Sharon Salzberg, Joseph Goldstein et al), so I'm sure something will turn up. 
Yes, an amazing man who has done so much to spread the Dharma. He's also done 
the miraculous by taking the dharma back to its home in India. Many prisons 
there (and now also in the US) are conducting his 10-day retreats for prisoners 
with incredible results.
