joe..
you never look at any one's links so what's new?... i read have read 2 books on john lennon's life... so i know what went down... woh..you saw john lennon in central park!.. woh!.. remember intuition will get you there!.. merle Merle, (This reply of mine is off-topic in the Forum, but on-topic in this sad thread). Sad; his and the Beatles' undoing was pretending to love the false Dragon-lady for so long, the Japanese Yoko, when in fact his true love was the real Dragon-lady, the Chinese May-Pang; he and Yoko and May-Pang all three knew this. Hence, the horrible excesses with heroin for both Yoko and John. I think Yoko is still strung-out lately; I didn't know a junkie could live so long, and still "use". I saw John once, wearing his white "New York" t-shirt as I bicycled through Central Park, across from the Dakota on C. Park West. I often did the 6-mile "circular" path through the Park on the French 10-speed, and sometimes jogging. I gave him his privacy, but I'm sure I really ogled him (but did not stop). My hair was longer and darker than his, at that (1980) time. This was 4 months before his horrible death. I may once have seen him as another audience-member at the Palladium at a show. I forget who was performing. ;-) And a couple other times, walking around town, without Yoko. --Joe PS I gave *no* look at your link, Merle, because ...nothing said. John will forgive? > Merle Lester wrote: > > lest we forget... > > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J1QRPVlBP7Y
