I agree with Mike.  Nothing special.

It helps to have a teacher, and practice in the presence of the group, 
practicing.  It -- the group -- our consideration for the group -- applies upon 
us a certain social pressure, you'll see.  And aside from that, it is 
otherwise/manywise helpful, too.  I'll say no more.

The true blessedness of sesshin can only come through to you ...on sesshin.  
Others will be there.  Or, are they others?

"Sesshin" means, "joining of the mind", or "joining the mind".  You'll see!  If 
not in this life, then, when?  I won't say.

There's not a "mat" to be found.  What Planet are you from, really?  I want to 
know.  It's my Profession.
