Lovely metal art! And "hand art". Our Zazen mudra is not there. Neither is Shashu. A Zen teacher can teach these and their use. The Zen-in-a-Chair fellow sounds interesting. Maybe he'll tell if he practiced with a teacher somewhere; I think it likely he did. Wishing you good meetings with him and the group there, --Joe > Merle Lester <merlewiitpom@...> wrote: > > this is amazing..i never knew there were so many ... i have a habit of > wringing my hands around and around each other when i am stressed... > > guess what folks..i have the email address of bob " zen in the chair" > chap..so here goes... > apparently he's in his 60's.. > .so he must know something er other. > .i was thinking of inviting him on to the forum... > what do you reckon moderator, bill and edgar?... > i ask permission first... merle > > http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_mudras ------------------------------------ Current Book Discussion: any Zen book that you recently have read or are reading!
