There's no answer to that. Over the weeks and months you will know how to get
up slowly, not abruptly, maybe do some light exercises, and swing back into the
active part of your day, like a car gradually accelerating. "Jack-rabbit"
starts are the worst for the engine and transmission! Not good for tire-life,
either. Easy; easy. ;-)
I think anyway that nothing about the head should feel special; but a good calm
feeling suffusing the entire body I think is normal, and is good for health.
