To muddy the waters a bit more Albert Einstein, a very rational, logical man, 
was asked about the source of his ideas. He denied that he was the source but 
said that they came to him. He is often quoted as saying things like "“Logic 
will get you from A to Z; imagination will get you everywhere. "
