...and for those of you that don't speak Latin that means: No personal
attacks!
You can attack anyone's ideas, but not them personally.
There are many good reasons for this but the biggest is none of us know
any of the others personally. We only know them through their posts.
Attack (or support) their posts, not their person or perceived
personality.
...and if you are using humor or friendly sarcasm you might consider
putting some kind of symbol in just to make sure people know you are not
serious - well not completely serious anyway. ;>) I'm guilty of not
doing this and I'll try to remember to do this from now on.
