You view reality only from your own limited perspective assuming everyone else 
does also.

What if someone here is actually on some sort of anti-depressants or other 
psychological medications because they were having actual serious psychological 
problems? How do you think they might feel to be told to "take your meds!"?

But I guess this might not matter to someone who thinks everything is an 
illusion happening in his own head.

Isn't that a symptom of the lack of empathy characterizing the typical 
psychopath?
