William,
Ah, but Mr. Suresh had already informed us of his problems, and work-, family-,
and schedule-challenges, in long-form fashion, here, including copious details,
during his very first posts. I think Merle is simply noting that she is aware
of personal picture he painted, and is making reasonable inferences as to how
some of those things may have influenced some recent behavior on the forum. I
don't think Merle has engaged here in name-calling flaming, nor has she
characterized group members in any other way than they have (in detail)
characterized themselves... and only ONE of those, at that: our Mr. Suresh, of
India.
Whether "Zen" or not -- and I leave that aside -- Merle's post is at least
civil, and there is a point to it. It is *not* a flame, I'd say. Merle is
reacting with *understanding* to Suresh's slap. Kudos.
Hello!, Mr. Suresh; I don't like to speak about third-parties, behind their
back, as it smacks of "gossip"; pardon all this talking "behind one's back".
Apologies.
