The fellow holding the EVOLUTION IS A LIE sign might have been doing some things wrong but he does have one big thing going for him, he is a living prooof of what he is alleging: That humans don't evolve. The fellow on the right would have to change his sign to something like: "IMO that guy has unfortunately (and through no fault of his own) been misinformed".
