If you like, let us know how you are practicing, and you may find you have some 
points in common with others here.

Are you with a Zen teacher and sangha?  I hope your health allows that, as it 
is certainly the best and surest way to learn various practices correctly, and 
to have them modified, as and if necessary, by the teacher to suit our state of 
health, or etc.

Do you suppose that the practice may help your health?  And, has it been doing 
so?  I know some who have gone into it for that reason, usually with pretty 
good results.

You mention Buddhism.  Is that Zen Buddhism, by the way?

Be seeing you around here.  It's good to see you joining.  I joined about a 
year ago, and still sticking by.
