Merle, I've 3 kids including a daughter and my youngest son is 15. The problem I see following your argument is that you're trying to put a 60+ year head on a teenager's body. We've all done stupid things when we were kids that we regret and wouldn't dream of doing now as adults. But there's only a potential 2 year age gap between these kids. I think Bill is right. If this was about 2 heterosexual kids there'd be no fuss. Imagine how many schools have such relationships? Also, the age thing is totally arbitrary.
