Bill, First I didn't say it was OK. I said it should not be criminalized. Personally I'm in favor of stable monogamous relationships with a 'soul mate' - if you can find one in this wasteland of modern western women.
I'd guess you might understand what I'm saying there since you have a younger non-Western wife which is much preferable I'd agree... As to extreme age limits. None at the older end. At the youngest end it depends on when children are actually able to say yes and understand what that means. It also depends on 'what' is being said yes to and if that is understood. There is a vast difference between a casual affectionate touch and full intercourse. Again this is not behavior I'm promoting. I'm making the case it should not be criminalized... And obviously my consent definition does not include anything physically or psychologically injurious to a child even if the child said yes without understanding the consequences.
