You put your finger on it, sideways.

It all comes down to the "you".

It depends on the "you":

*Who* it is, and how it's understood (given life) by the one living. 

Not only inside the presumed cell, but inside the skin (or, they're the same 
thing).

Introvert, or extrovert, it ALL comes down to a self, a "Pudgala".

Buddha, etc., taught that a Pudgala is an invalid notion, and exactly why.  A 
Pudgala School nonetheless developed, and died out early.

Introvert, or extrovert, all can practice Zen.  The starting point is no more 
or less appropriate, since a self of any sort is truly moot.  One finds this 
out, suddenly, in the practice of our Zen sect.  And moves on.
