All, So far I've only discovered I'm caught in a "Catch-22" conundrum concerning my efforts to change the "Kremlin" photo on our new Yahoo Info Page.
The problem is that I can only go to the URL and view the new page I am not signed-in; and when I am not signed-in I cannot use my awesome powers as a co-moderator. When I sign-in I am then taken to the old page which needs no modification.
