Good advice Al. I will send it where I sent Fudo's one about living
impeccably one moment at a time.

I know painfully was the wrong word -- but I didn't know how to say
briefly my fear that if I cut off intellect too rapidly, there would
be upheaval in my life that might be minimized with a more gradual
approach. More concerning, though, is if I seem to outwardly change
to others rapidly (such as my wife), I fear the shock would be
stressful and "painful" for them. The practice itself definitely
isn't painful -- its the practical side of the results which gives me
pause. I suppose I will try to leave it as a fear, rather than
intellectualize it ;) but encouragementin the right direction never
hurts.

Thanks again,

Rod
