Interesting question Alex. I look at it with the Gobs of my brain, as
the contradiction itself ie the koan, is the truth of the ideal of
enlightenment. That is, the acceptance of conflicting ideas are
synonymous with enlightment. When we rid ourselves of desires, for
either this or that, we are free to take in the whole.
