I´d also would like to know something about the breathing. I´ve read
several kinds of breathing in the zen literature the one I adopted is
trying to exhale at the utmost and then inhale naturally so the effort
is in the exhalation not in the inhalation, that comes naturally. The
problem I find is that after some breathing I lack oxigen and I have to
make not so deep exhalations to recover. Is this technique the correct
one? I´ve been told that the problem of the lack of oxigen corrects by
insisting. Please some advise. Thank you.
