Hi. I, firts, have to state (again) that i'm not budhist. I do 
pracitice zazen, now for some years, but after many years in martial 
arts and drawing, I can understand why there are some other ways to 
practice zen in movement, like drawing, preparing tea or performing 
martial arts forms. If that has been going for years and years, why 
not giving it a try.
