I can't confirm but should be upgrade without problems. after the
upgrade,  maybe, you should modify the symlink on rc local from
zenloadbalancer. But The zen developer team didn't check the upgrade
from v0 to v1. We can confirm that the upgrades in the same version
works fine.

I remember some member of the list upgraded from v0.1 to v1, whit no
many problems, you can search this archive mail on our distribution
list.

I can confirm that if you upgrade from v0.1 to v1 the configuration
files work fine, but v0.1 works with debian5 and v1 works with debian6
and between version there are a lot of modifications
