I can't confirm but should be upgrade without problems. after the upgrade, maybe, you should modify the symlink on rc local from zenloadbalancer. But The zen developer team didn't check the upgrade from v0 to v1. We can confirm that the upgrades in the same version works fine.
I remember some member of the list upgraded from v0.1 to v1, whit no many problems, you can search this archive mail on our distribution list.
