Hi,
Steve please can you send us the next data to study the problem:
1º ethtool output of all interfaces
2º a screenshot of "Settings::Interfaces"
3º really which interfaces have link?
Also check if other information that ethtool shows is correct, for example
the speed
Maybe could be some problem with the driver, like Jean wrote you
