Are there any plans or ability to upgrade the slave in a cluster and fail over
to it then update the master and failback?

connections to lower priority

Hi guys,

This is because the priority and weight algorithm includes by default
persistence by ip client in v1.
With v2rc1 the persistence by ip client is optional for every algorithm.

Laura.

"Priority: connections to the highest priority available"

This is taken from the Load Balance Algorithm so it should not be sending any
connections to the second server.

I have a farm setup and it's alg is set to priority and I have set 1 real

connections taking place on the farm when both servers are available I see
connections going to both servers. I want them to go to the server with higher
priority only effectively making it a master and the one with lower priority a
failover slave. I was under the impression priority did this but it seems like
it may be bleeding connections? I have attached a screen shot of what I'm seeing

I do not have the answer to your question, but I observe in your screenshot
that the sent and received MB's seem to be in the ration 1000:1
