Hi Praveen, Zen Load balancer it's not only some software, zen load
balancer is a entire distro with binaries and tunned kernel for this reason
if you decide to use our apt repository of updates for install the solution
in your ubuntu it couldn't work properly.
First of all you don't have to install apache to run the webgui because zen
includes its own webserver and you have to use it.
if you installed your ubuntu for 64 bits then zen aren't going to work
because our entire solution is compiled with 32 bits libraries.
if you installed your ubuntu for 32 bits it could be possible that
libraries used by zen in debian aren't working fine in your ubuntu.
Refered to your web server issue try to run the webserver with
/etc/init.d/minihttpd start and check if 444 port is opened
My personal sugestion: you have to change of cloud host provider asap.
