Hi Jeffrey, you've to configure your cluster service in the master node,
which already could have some configured farms. Once the cluster service is
configured, it will automatically synchronize the configuration from the
master to the slave node.

Probably you're configuring the cluster service from an brand new zenlb
without any configuration to the one that it's configured.
