However, previous client connections that hit node 2 never switched back to node 1, even though browser was closed and also cache was cleared. Is "client ip address persistence through memory" really needed since LB algorithm is set to Priority? if it is required, how can i implement so that, client connections that hit node 2 to hit node 1 (with browser close and reopen) after node 1 comes back. Please let me know the correct setup for simple active - standby farm with 2 nodes.
