I had this exact issue when I didn’t check the box to allow my Hyper-V virtual
machine to allow MAC Address Spoofing.

Are your load balancers virtual, and, if so, what virtualization? Hyper-V,
VMWare, etc?

when configuring two nodes in a master<>slave configuration both nodes becomes
a master node.
I cannot put one node in backup status, the cluster fails completely.
eth0 and eth1 are available. "heartbeat" for clustering was configured through
eth1.
