if you go back to the login page once you are into the owa is because you don't
have enabled the persistence for keeping the connection to the same backend
meanwhile the user is logged in.

Ok, so I had a ZLB 3.03 box that I was using and it met an unfortunate fate, so
I brought up a new box, and started reading the docs.
My old one was a TCP farm, just doing 443. Worked fine, but I read in the docs
that the TCP/UDP farms were out of favor and I should use the L4xNAT. So I am
trying to get that to work.
So here’s my setup:
ZLB 3.05 in the DMZ. It’s management IP is 172.24.100.110.
Farm MailCluster IP is 172.24.100.121. Farm type is NAT as I don’t want to
mess with my other network settings too much, and the backend servers serve
both internal and external clients.
Backend server 1 is 172.24.1.6
Backend server 2 is 172.24.1.15
So I swap my firewall rules around so that traffic coming from outside the
network gets routed to the MailCluster farm IP. I go to
https://mail.mydomain.com/owa and I get the login screen. I put in my
password, and it flashes up the inbox, and goes right back to the login.
It seems to be working, but I have no idea what the heck is the matter here.
