For >2GB files, it's resolved since i upgraded my zen to pound 2.6,

Hi , zen doesn't delete any kind of header HTTP included.
BTW a member of the list reported issues with HTTP profiles and files
higher than 2GB, in that case try with a L4 xNAT farm.
