I have an issue I am pretty sure to had before where farmguardian block
access to a working site and set backend status to -1.
*Scenario*:
Create an https farm. Set multiple web site to load balance that do not
exist yet on Web front end (I create them in advance) with farmguardian
test & log.
At this step, they are seen as down as front end don't have this web sites.
Others web site in same farm that work are OK.
Then finally create this site on Apache front end.
I expect Zen to get the green signal from farmguardian and start sending
traffic.
*Issue*:
Zen keep site down, even if unchecking farmguardian for this site.
If I copy/paste farmguardian command, output is ok:

*Workaround*:
stop and start http farm. New web site works immediately,even with
farmguardian.
*farmguardian logs*: it log status "-1" for backend
execution in Tue Jun 23 23:24:57 2015 ::
